Exactech Recall
In August 2021, the FDA issued a recall for Exactech knee and ankle replacements, citing significant risks of device failure. This recall has raised serious concerns about the need for revision surgery. One of the key factors contributing to this issue is the vulnerability of the packaging to oxidation, leading to accelerated debris production, bone loss, component fatigue, as well as cracking and fractures.
The same concerns that prompted the recall of Exactech’s orthopedic hip-implant components have surfaced once again. Your health and well-being are at stake, and it’s crucial to take action.
Do You Qualify?
If you or a loved one meet the following criteria, you could be entitled to file an Exactech recall lawsuit:
- You have an Exactech hip, knee, or ankle implant.
- You have experienced side effects from the Exactech implant.
- You have undergone revision surgery, have it scheduled, or have been advised to undergo the procedure.
We understand the physical, emotional, and financial toll that complications from an Exactech implant can have on your life. Our goal is to seek justice on your behalf and help you receive the compensation you deserve. We work on a contingency fee basis, which means you won’t pay any upfront costs, and we only receive payment if we successfully recover compensation for you.
